After three successful editions of the #EyesOnGreen, #EyesOnBlue and #EyesOnEarth regional competitions, DGMENA and the Gulf, EU Neighbours South, MedWaves, the UNEP/MAP Regional Activity Centre for SCP, with the support of the European Training Foundation (ETF), Interreg Next Med, WES-BCA, SPARK and Expertise France from the Green Forward Consortium, are together launching this fourth edition named #EyesOnLIFE on the theme of CIRCULAR ECONOMY.

The competition will call upon EU-funded initiatives and projects only in the sectors of circular economy in the Southern Neighbourhood region.

Key Information:

• Application Period: April 14 – June 5
• Eligible countries: Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, and Tunisia.
• Applicants categories: 
  • Category 1: Sustainable Businesses. Applicants must be early- or growth-stage enterprises from one of eight eligible countries that are:
    • Connected to an EU-funded project (as a partner, associate partner, or beneficiary)
    • Clearly integrating Circular Economy strategies such as eco-design, eco-innovation, and sustainable resource management into their business models.
  • Category 2: Civil Society and Community-Based Organisations. Applicants must be legally registered non-profit organisations from one of eight eligible countries that are:
    • Connected to an EU-funded project (as a partner, associate partner, or beneficiary)
    • Leading initiatives that address environmental and social challenges using Circular Economy and Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP) principles
